Experteer Overview In this role you drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for innovative Automated Driving software, turning technical innovations into market-ready products. You collaborate with software, systems, and test teams to translate insights into actionable user stories and requirements. You support the product lifecycle from ideation to rollout, while analyzing market and technology trends to stay ahead in AD/ADAS. You will shape impactful solutions that scale and integrate across cross-functional teams.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop and enhance software products for Automated Driving and ADAS
- Identify and evaluate new technological, methodological, and process innovations in AD/ADAS
- Advance existing solutions into scalable, market-ready products
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative development
- Collaborate with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Testing and other departments




- Translate technical innovations into clear user stories and requirements
- Support the full product lifecycle from idea generation to rollout
- Analyze market, technology, and trend developments in Automated DrivingResponsabilidades
- Degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable field
- Experience in product management, preferably in automotive, software and/or high-tech environments
- Strong understanding of Automated Driving development (ADAS/AD, software architectures, simulation, validation, toolchains)
- Ability to structure technical complexity and translate into product strategies
