Experteer Overview In this role you will design and optimize automated GTM systems using Clay and modern tools to accelerate pipeline generation. You’ll work with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to turn data into actionable insights, enabling smarter targeting and faster conversions. You’ll build scalable workflows, integrations, and data processes that empower cross-functional teams. - Serve as the primary administrator of Clay and design, build, and maintain scalable workflows
- Configure data enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and prioritization to improve lead quality
- Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reliability
- Aggregate data from internal and external sources with Clay for enriched signals
- Develop prioritization models to surface relevant signals for sellers




- Design and maintain Salesforce-Clay integrations ensuring data synchronization and governance
- Automate repetitive GTM processes including prospecting, territory planning, and pipeline generation
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to align data models and train stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in listed fields
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Hands-on experience building and managing Clay workflows
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Interest in applying AI to GTM processes
- Fluent English
