Experteer Overview In this role you will lead large-scale construction projects, coordinating with architects, engineers and suppliers to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to apply governance, best practices and rigorous reporting. You will manage milestones, budgets and interfaces across multiple projects, driving on-site execution and timely decisions. - Coordinate stakeholders including architects, engineers and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
- Analyze and track critical milestones to prevent schedule slips.
- Ensure project governance, processes and systems are followed.
- Apply best practices across projects and produce status and other required reports.
- Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are correctly applied.
- Maintain interface with suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
- Facilitate project information flow through meetings and written communications.




- Forecast and update milestones and budgets.
- Manage local design teams per commission criteria and provide technical support to owners, architects, GC and regional stakeholders.
- Offer guidance on cost control, value engineering and constructability as needed.
- Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs.
- Develop excellent client relationships to maximize new opportunities.
- Provide strategic advice to help achieve client and business objectives.
- Capture key information and learnings from each project; identify process improvements.
- Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
- 5–10 years of project management experience in a Data Centre or similar technical environment
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish and English
