Experteer Overview As a Senior Technical Artist, you bridge art content and Unreal Engine pipelines to preserve artistic vision while meeting technical constraints. You’ll develop tools, optimize assets, and support artists within a world-class production workflow. Your work enables high-quality visuals to flow smoothly from creation to engine integration. You will collaborate across creative and QA teams and drive pipeline improvements. - Integrate 3D art into Unreal Engine working with generalists
- Support artists using the 3D art pipeline and engine tools
- Guide asset performance, optimization, and validation
- Review workflows and identify tool/pipeline improvements
- Develop Unreal Engine art pipeline tools and extensions focused on usability
- Troubleshoot complex issues in the Unreal asset pipeline
- Collaborate with artists and QA to resolve production challenges
- Maintain accessible, up-to-date documentation for artists and tech teamsResponsabilidades
- Strong Unreal Engine Blueprints expertise and tool development experience
- Experience building configurators, automation tools, or similar systems
- Programming knowledge (C++ and/or Python)
- Experience with USD and familiarity with Git or version control
- Knowledge of rigging (Control Rig), shading, materials, rendering pipelines
- Proficiency with Maya and/or Blender
- Experience in premium/high-end productions or automotive industry
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and communication
- Ability to work under deadlines
