Experteer Overview In this role you lead multi-discipline engineering efforts to deliver safe, compliant, and high‑quality project outcomes for large-scale industrial energy initiatives. You bridge field operations with HQ product/design, drive engineering standards, and mentor a growing team. You unblock technical decisions, ensure timely delivery, and escalate risks early to protect scope and quality. - Provide technical leadership across mechanical, process, structural, electrical and Iu0026C disciplines; set the bar for engineering deliverables and ensure consistency across the team
- Define and own delivery engineering processes and quality standards, including gates, checklists, bid evaluations, vendor data reviews, and lessons learned
- Partner with Project Managers on live projects to unblock technical decisions, manage risks, and ensure on-time, in-scope, quality deliverables
- Lead interactions with EPC partners, OEMs, and customer engineering teams; review submissions and drive resolution of issues
- Lead and develop a multi-discipline Project Engineering team; set expectations, provide feedback, and recruit gaps
- Serve as the primary engineering interface with Product/Design at HQ; translate field learnings to product input and vice versa




- Ensure projects meet industry codes, regulatory requirements, and Rondo standards, with safety embedded in all phases
- Drive continuous improvement of templates, checklists, standards, and tooling; feed lessons back into the teamResponsabilidades
- Degree in engineering; Mechanical or Chemical/Process strongly preferred
- 10+ years of total experience, including 7+ years hands-on in large industrial, energy, or process plants and 3+ years line-managing engineers
- Fluent across Pu0026IDs, piping isometrics, equipment datasheets, SLDs, general arrangements and layouts, structural calculations, and Iu0026C/control diagrams
- Experience delivering large-scale capital projects (u003e25 MUSD) in energy, power, oil u0026 gas, chemicals, or heavy industrial
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; comfortable as the mostsenior engineer and able to admit knowledge gaps
- Bias to action with ability to surface and address problems early; capable of difficult conversations
- Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones; English fluency; Spanish a plus
