and new hire onboardingRequirementsWhat You Need1–2 years in L2 desktop support with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office, and OS deploymentSolid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS) and common network devices (Cisco, HP)Experience with mobile devices, printer support, and working in an ITIL-managed environmentStrong customer service mindset, documentation skills, and ability to work independently across Barcelona sitesValid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for multi-location supportAt Excis, your work matters.
