Experteer Overview In this role you lead international, cross‑functional projects with regional to global scope to drive business transformations. You will join Bayer’s Global Business Services Projects Team and advance the VACC leadership model, scaling project capabilities to create value and support the Bayer mission. You manage scope, timelines, governance, and stakeholder alignment, while guiding change and resource planning. You’ll work on strategic initiatives that impact processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness, in a fast‑paced, international environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define project scope, objectives and timelines
- Steer program goals and ensure alignment with industry best practices
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, risk, and progress
- Plan program roadmaps and resource needs for each project/program

- Measure performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Identify IT requirements early and coordinate delivery and budget with responsible teams
- Lead projects with a focus on strategy, implementation and delegationResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Admin, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- 3–5 years’ experience in a project management environment
- PM certifications: Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall (PMP, Prince2)

- Adaptable and agile, open to learning and feedback
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
