Senior Projects & Change Manager - HR TechnologyWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Projects & Change Manager to support a strategic HR technology rollout across multiple European markets.The successful candidate will combine disciplined project delivery with practical change management, working closely with regional HR, Total Rewards, country teams and an external technology partner.Key responsibilities:- Manage the planning and delivery of multi-country implementations- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners- Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and implementation readiness- Maintain effective governance, reporting and project documentation- Identify and manage risks, issues and escalations- Develop stakeholder-engagement and change-management plans- Support workshops, communications,
