The roleAs a SysOps Engineer, you'll help keep our on‑premise infrastructure running smoothly. Working alongside our SysOps team, you'll support the day‑to‑day operation, monitoring, and automation of our systems, with a particular focus on providing on‑call support to keep things available and healthy around the clock. It's a hands‑on role where you'll learn from senior engineers and grow your skills across automation, databases, and infrastructure.This is what you'll doAutomation and Configuration- Work with and help maintain our Ansible playbooks and roles, and learn to write your own.- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.- Help ensure consistent configuration and deployment of infrastructure components.Database Support- Help monitor and maintain our database clusters (MongoDB, ClickHouse, KeyDB, MySQL, and others) under the guidance of senior team members.- Keep an eye on database performance and flag issues that affect availability and reliability.Monitoring and Performance- Use our monitoring tools to keep an eye on the health and performance of the infrastructure.- Help identify performance issues and work with the team to resolve them.Collaboration and Support- Work with development teams to support CI/CD processes.- Provide operational support and help troubleshoot infrastructure issues.- Participate in on‑call rotations to support 24/7 availability (1 week on, 1 week off).This is you- At least 1 year of work experience in a technical operations, infrastructure, or systems role.- Some exposure to infrastructure automation, ideally with Ansible, and an interest in writing clean,
