Experteer Overview As Sales Manager for Spain’s new-built power plants, you drive opportunities in control, digitalization, and electrical solutions. You will lead the full sales lifecycle, collaborating with customers, EPCs, and internal teams to secure orders and grow profitability. You’ll shape growth strategies for the Spanish market and deliver tailored solutions within Siemens Energy’s energy projects portfolio. - Lead sales activities for Spain's new-built power plant sector focusing on control, digitalization, and electrical solutions.
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Spanish market aiming to meet or exceed order entry and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and managing customer interactions through Salesforce.
- Own end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification through contract negotiation, signing, and handover to delivery.




- Collaborate across Siemens Energy businesses and countries to craft customized customer solutions and support approval processes.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to cross-functional reviews and decision-making.Responsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 8 years of sales experience, ideally in the power generation sector.
- Experience selling to end customers and EPCs, with a focus on control, digitalization, and electrical solutions.
- Strong understanding of Control Systems, Electrical BoP, and power generation markets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and across multicultural teams; willingness to travel within Spain.
