Act as FenX’s on-site technical lead and industrialization representative at customer factories, ensuring successful commissioning, ramp-up, and performance delivery. Drive hands-on problem solving, coordinate stakeholders, and design/improve mechanical solutions for industrial and prototype equipment. Serve as the key link between customer site, suppliers, and FenX teams (incl. Switzerland).Tasks- Hands‑on day-to-day technical support at customer factory; troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/process issues during commissioning and ramp-up.- Drive implementation of practical technical solutions to reach agreed factory performance and reliability targets- Design, adapt and improve hardware solutions (prototype + industrial scale); support rapid iterationand testing.- Work closely with machinery suppliers on upgrades, extensions, and automation.- Ensure alignment between on-site activities and internal engineering teams (regular interactions and travels to Switzerland)- Maintain clear and structured reporting on technical issues, root cause analyses, corrective actions, implementation progress, and outcomes.- Capture learnings and standardize solutions for rollout to future customer factories.Requirements- Mechanical Engineer background (industrial equipment, machinery design).
