Experteer Overview As Principal AI Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered tools that boost internal productivity across functions. You will collaborate with global business teams to translate workflows into scalable AI solutions, prototype rapidly, and deploy production-ready systems with measurable impact. You’ll bridge engineering and business, driving end-to-end delivery and creating reusable frameworks for enterprise AI. - Drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to rollout and adoption

- 7-10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade cloud systems
- Experience building and deploying AI/ML systems, ideally with LLMs or generative AI
- Experience building and orchestrating agentic/multi-agentic AI workflows
- Full-stack capability (APIs, data pipelines, front-end interfaces when needed)
- Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
- Solid system design skills focusing on scalability, reliability, and security
- Knowledge of data engineering and analytics workflows
- Experience in global, cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance for enterprise AIRequisitos principales
