Experteer Overview In this Mu0026amp; A Analyst role within Santander CIB, you will support complex deals in the European TMT space, shaping client materials and financial analyses. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess sector dynamics, build models, and assist on live transactions from origination to execution. The position sits in Madrid, contributing to a technology-driven transformation and a strong risk-aware culture. - Prepare client-facing materials (pitchbooks, information memoranda, boards materials)
- Conduct sector and company analysis across European telecom and digital infra sectors
- Monitor market developments, valuation trends, and investor activity in target sub-sectors
- Build and review financial models (DCF, accretion/dilution, sensitivities)
- Perform valuation work using various methodologies




- Support live Mu0026A and IPO processes, including due diligence and workstream management
- Assist senior bankers with client dialogue, strategic analysis, and origination ideasResponsabilidades
- 2-4 years of relevant investment banking or Mu0026A experience
- Strong execution experience on live transactions and multi-workstream management
- Interest or exposure to TMT sector in Europe (telecom, digital infrastructure, media)
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills with solid accounting/finance fundamentals
