Experteer Overview In this role you help translate external signals into strategic implications for clients and for Kearney, blending advisory work with thought leadership. You work across Foresight domains to address geopolitics, geoeconomics, technology, environment, and policy, turning signals and uncertainties into actionable recommendations. You will shape distinctive viewpoints and contribute to client-ready insights and reusable assets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the firm’s foresight agenda.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead and structure workstreams with clear questions, hypotheses, and outputs
- Identify efficient approaches to solving complex, evolving problems and manage delivery risks
- Produce high-quality analysis and syntheses translating signals into insights and recommendations
- Generate foresight insights through horizon scanning, scenario development, uncertainty framing, and other methodologies
- Translate foresight into structured strategic options and client impact,
supporting ongoing problem-solving
- Create thought leadership content (white papers, briefings) and contribute to external events
- Develop reusable intellectual capital (frameworks, assets, briefs) for cross-team use
- Manage small teams within a workstream and build internal/external networks
- Contribute to proposal development and differentiate Kearney’s perspective in pursuits
- Invest in personal development to deepen domain expertiseResponsabilidades
- Typically 3-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, public policy, economics, or related environments
- Experience working with senior client stakeholders or in high-performance, insight-driven settings (preferred)
