Experteer Overview As a Business Information Security Officer, you serve as the primary security advisor for Securities Services, aligning security risk management with SIX standards and regulatory obligations. You will bridge business, IT, and security to implement pragmatic, security-minded solutions. You’ll support ongoing risk handling, regulatory interpretation, and security awareness while collaborating with central security teams and stakeholders to standardize practices. This role offers impact across the organization through governance, risk reduction, and continuous security improvement, within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Act as a key contact and advisor for information security topics within the assigned business area, supporting managers and key stakeholders
- Advise and support projects, applications, and initiatives in implementing information security requirements in line with SIX standards and best practices
- Contribute to the identification, assessment, and handling of information security risks affecting the business area
- Facilitate effective collaboration between business, IT,



and security functions to ensure pragmatic and proportionate security solutions
- Support the interpretation and application of regulatory, contractual, and internal security requirements (e.G. data protection, industry standards)
- Contribute to security awareness, reporting, and continuous improvement activities, and actively participate in the SIX BISO communityResponsabilidades
- 4 years of professional experience in information security, IT risk, IT, or a related field
- Good understanding of information security principles, risk management, and control concepts
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to financial services is an advantage
- Structured and solution-oriented working style, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a pragmatic and service-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); German is an advantage but not mandatory
