Experteer Overview As a Process Consultant, you will standardize, streamline, and automate end-to-end processes to boost efficiency. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design sustainable, low-touch solutions that scale with business needs. Your work supports TD SYNNEX’s mission to enable safe and efficient digital experiences for customers and partners. - Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Standardize, optimize, and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA and Celonis) to develop sustainable solutions
- Implement changes and monitor impact on business performance
- Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and toolsResponsabilidades




- +5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a pan-European setup
- Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.G., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Experience in Change Management on multi-function/country projects
- Experience with Process Mining tools (e.G., Celonis) and AI tools is a plus
- SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to converse and write effectively in English
