Experteer Overview As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at Zynga, you apply quantitative methods to tackle high-impact growth and marketing analytics. You will partner with Marketing and UA teams to optimize multi-million dollar budgets and translate complex data into actionable guidance for senior stakeholders. You’ll shape measurement frameworks, own funnel and ROAS analyses, and drive data-driven decisions that support our mobile gaming portfolio. This role combines analytics leadership with cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth at a global scale.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Plan, scope and deliver multi-phase growth and marketing analysis projects with minimal guidance
- Partner with Marketing and User Acquisition squads to monitor campaigns and extract high-impact insights for budget optimization
- Own UA funnel, ROAS, LTV, and payback analyses; refine attribution and incrementality frameworks with central data teams
- Visualize and communicate analytics findings to senior stakeholders and cross-functional peers to drive strategic actions




- Lead efforts to improve team productivity and evangelize marketing analytics best practices
- Ensure data quality and collaborate with data engineering to maintain accurate tracking and reportingResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in Marketing Analyst, Performance Marketing Analytics, or Growth Analytics
- Proven ability to translate complex metrics into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Deep understanding of mobile performance marketing metrics (LTV, ROAS, CPI, Churn, IPM)
- Autonomy in framing growth questions and decomposing marketing and budget problems
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying large databases
- Statistical foundations with hands-on experimentation (A/B testing, creative testing, geo-incrementality)
- Data Visualization skills with Looker or Tableau to build dashboardsRequisitos principales
