Working closely with experienced colleagues, you help coordinate customer requests, monitor service performance, and contribute to maintaining high service quality while building strong customer relationships.Your responsibilities- Act as a first point of contact for customer inquiries related to operational and project topics- Own the service delivery performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction- Identify opportunities for process and service improvements- Lead project transitions and contribute to a smooth handover into Business As Usual (BAU) operations- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow‑up- Prepare service reports, project updates,
