Experteer Overview As Manager of Logistics Operations in Spain, you will lead the site warehouse and kitting activities to deliver best-in-class service aligned with Stryker’s strategic goals. You’ll build and develop cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. You will shape the local distribution network to meet customer needs while collaborating with global teams to optimize service levels and costs. - Monitor Voice of Customer and align distribution processes to customer needs
- Coordinate with Europe and EEMEA divisions and other sourcing nodes to maximize service qualityResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, Life Sciences, Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related fields
- 5+ years in multi-shift, automated and labor-intensive distribution or manufacturing operations
- 7+ years in a people management role with organizational development experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, warehousing setup, capacity planning and optimization
- Customer service orientation and hands-on experience in logistics management, warehousing, inventory, planning, and MRP tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and flow-charting tools; familiarity with MS Project
- Experience with International Standards (ISO/FDA) and regulatory environments
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
