Your role and key responsibilities
This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams fromPeople & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture,andLearning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people cangrow, belong,andthrive. In this team,you’llhelp build a culturethat’snot just creating batteries — but shaping thefuture of work.
As the Labour Relations and Employment Law Expert at PowerCo, you will support and enhance the company's labor relations framework and employment law compliance. Your role is crucial in researching, analyzing, and providing legal opinions on labor-related matters, participating in negotiations, and offering legal guidance on various employment issues, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
In your day-to-day, you will:

- Conduct research and analysis on labor-related topics, providing legal opinions and recommendations based on applicable laws and jurisprudence.
- Provide legal guidance on interpreting and enforcing terms within labor contracts.
- Actively participate in negotiations with unions and workers' representatives,
collaborating with the labor relations team to integrate legal considerations.
- Assist in Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, offering guidance and support.
- Provide legal assistance in disciplinary actions, terminations, and other employment-related matters.
- Prepare reports and documentation on labor-related topics to aid in decision-making.
What you bring to the team
Education
-
- Vocational Training or a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law or a related field, preferably with a focus or specialization in Human Resources.
Professional Experience
-
- Minimum of 3-5 yearsof progressive experience in Labor Relations, Law and Human Resources, ideally in a strategic or business‑partnering capacity.
- Proven knowledge of Spanish Lawand Labor Relations in Spain.
- Strong Communication and Adaptability abilities
Languages
-
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Experience working in international environments is a strong asset.
Willingness to work in Sagunto. Please note that while some positions are currently based inValencia,our operations will progressively move to Sagunto, so we require availability to work there from the start.
