Experteer Overview In Valencia, you will establish and manage project controls across programme, cost, risk, change, reporting and performance management for major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and transparent governance. - Establish and maintain the project controls framework for the programme
