Experteer Overview In this role you lead the delivery of new powertrain development projects, ensuring quality, cost and timing objectives. You work to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders with Horse Powertrain’s mission to transform the industry. You will drive innovation, manage risks and supplier performance, and guide project governance and milestones. You collaborate with customers, universities, and partners to advance technology roadmaps and net-zero goals. - Lead the delivery of new powertrain development projects to meet QCT/QCD objectives
- Support business development and act as the engineering interface with customers
- Manage project quotations, feasibility assessments and technical/economic scoping




- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive project convergence across functions
- Lead and develop Project Leaders, providing direction and governance
- Monitor project risks, opportunities, budgets, investments and supplier performance
- Ensure achievement of milestones, regulatory compliance and product safety requirements
- Drive innovation initiatives, technology roadmaps and collaboration with suppliers, universities, start-ups and research partnersResponsabilidades
