Experteer Overview In this role you will design, develop, implement, and evolve Low Code digital solutions to drive transformation for a major national public company. You will work closely with business users to translate needs into functional specs and validate use cases. You will enable rapid application development and ensure integration with existing corporate systems. You will lead platform setup, maintenance, and evolution, while fostering innovation through reusable components and proofs of concept.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead end-to-end Low Code application initiatives from analysis to deployment and support
- Interact with business users to gather requirements and validate use cases
- Design and develop customized applications to optimize processes and user experience
- Ensure integration with other corporate systems and data sources
- Install, configure, maintain, and update Low Code platforms
- Evolve solutions with new features,



performance improvements, and regulatory adaptations
- Facilitate agile development of applications to meet functional needs and reduce delivery times
- Participate in innovation projects and tests of new Low Code technologiesResponsabilidades
- ≥5 years of experience in Low Code / digital transformation
- Strong vision for Low Code solutions and rapid application development
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and openness to other Low Code technologies
- Ability to interact with business users and translate needs into specifications
- Experience with BPMs or Case Management and system integration
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and toolchains
