Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the continuous improvement of manufacturing systems for defense-focused electronics, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale and align production with product requirements, while leading automation and data-driven optimization initiatives. You’ll work on processes from PCB assembly to testing, shaping reliable, cost-effective production. - Design, implement, and optimize electronic production processes (PCB assembly, testing, subcontractor management)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment with product requirements
- Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities (lead time reduction, cost savings, defect minimization)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ESD)
- Drive automation and digitalization initiatives (PLM/ERP systems, data analysis tools like Power BI/Python)




- Troubleshoot production line issues and propose process enhancements
- Develop technical documentation (procedures, reports, work instructions, manuals)
- Lead technical projects from conception to implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
- Customer/results-oriented approach with stakeholder satisfaction focusResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Telecommunications Engineering
- Master in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics production and continuous improvement
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (B2 or higher)
- French is desirable
- Strong knowledge of digital/analog electronics and test systems
- Experience with PLC/automation, data analysis
- Experience with CAD tools and PLM/ERP systemsRequisitos principales
