Experteer Overview As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you embed with client teams to make AI platforms work at scale in real enterprises. You own outcomes across adoption, reliability, and ROI, turning AI platform capability into measurable business value. You act as the execution spine of Reinvention Deployment Engineering, tackling the hardest enterprise AI problems. This role blends architecture, governance, and executive storytelling to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Own account-level AI transformation from platform selection to enterprise-wide reinvention
- Own deployment outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption, ROI, reported to client leadership
- Translate strategic intent into production AI systems across the enterprise
- Define enterprise AI architecture standards and governance across identity, data, security, and lifecycle management
- Manage relationships with client CTO, CFO, and CISO; shape investment strategy and reinvention roadmap




- Codify reusable patterns and playbooks for scalable AI reinvention across markets
- Lead executive workshops and board-level engagements influencing AI direction
- Define the FDE practice model including standards, playbooks, and talent development frameworksResponsabilidades
- Engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless)
- Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows) in production
- Experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) and multi-provider pipelines
- Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering client-embedded deployments
- Ability to articulate business value with CFO-level language
