Bofill Arquitectura is looking for a BIM Manager to join our international architecture team at La Fàbrica, Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona).Bofill Arquitectura is an internationally recognized architecture studio working on large-scale cultural, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Africa.We are seeking a highly experienced BIM professional capable of leading BIM implementation, multidisciplinary coordination and digital project delivery across complex international developments.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing BIM standards, coordinating project teams, supervising digital workflows and ensuring the successful integration of architecture, interior design, landscape and engineering disciplines throughout all project phases.Key Responsibilities:Lead BIM implementation across large-scale international projectsDevelop and manage BIM standards, templates, workflows and quality control proceduresDefine and supervise BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model structures and coordination protocolsCoordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams across architecture, interior design, landscape, structure, MEP and specialist consultantsManage model federation, clash detection and digital coordination processesOrganize project deliverables, workflows and digital production strategiesSupervise BIM quality control,



model audits and information management processesCoordinate directly with clients, consultants, contractors and project managersSupport project planning, resource allocation and delivery schedulesMentor BIM architects and support team developmentParticipate in digital innovation and process improvement initiativesProfile:Architect, Engineer or related technical disciplineStrong experience as BIM Manager, BIM Lead or Senior BIM CoordinatorExperience managing BIM teams on large-scale international projectsStrong knowledge of Autodesk RevitExperience working within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM360 environmentsStrong understanding of Common Data Environments (CDE) and collaborative workflowsExperience with Navisworks Manage for multidisciplinary coordination and clash detectionUnderstanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM delivery methodologiesStrong understanding of project delivery processes from concept design through construction documentationExperience organizing workflows, deliverables and team responsibilitiesStrong communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsExperience working with international teams and multicultural environmentsKnowledge of Dynamo, Rhino.Inside, Grhasshopper, interoperability workflows and BIM automation tools is highly valuedExperience in façade coordination and building envelope systems is valuedHigh level of English required#J-18808-Ljbffr
