- Strong professional experience developing software in modern C++
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures,



and object-oriented design
- Experience building performant, scalable, maintainable systems with strong debugging and optimisation skills
- Experience in gameplay systems, game engines, graphics, developer tooling, platform or backend engineering
- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, version control and modern development practices
