Experteer Overview In this role you ensure the quality and reliability of packaging components by overseeing external suppliers and guiding QA strategy. You will lead supplier audits, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across the supplier base. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, well‑controlled packaging processes. - Oversee quality of packaging suppliers (glass, plastic, metal, pumps, decor) ensuring specs and cosmetic industry standards are met
- Plan and execute supplier audits (qualification, process, GMP) and drive corrective actions to closure
- Manage the lifecycle of non-conformities (open investigation, supplier follow‑up, verify actions, closure)
- Monitor supplier KPIs and defect trends to identify quality and process improvements
- Collaborate with suppliers to strengthen control plans, testing methods, defect detection, and preventive quality practices
- Provide technical support on packaging issues with Development, Procurement, Operations and external manufacturers




- Participate in new product launches to ensure supplier validation and documentation before production
- Drive continuous improvement across suppliers through process enhancements and risk mitigation
- Maintain quality documentation (audit reports, CAPAs, Supplier Quality Plans, GMP)
- Conduct on‑site supplier visits to review progress and verify corrective actionsResponsabilidades
- 3–5 years in Supplier Quality, QA, or Quality Engineering in cosmetics, packaging, or similar demanding industries
- Experience with packaging components and industrial processes
- Proven supplier audits, non‑conformity management, SCARs, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation
- Cross‑functional collaboration with Ru0026D, Procurement, Manufacturing and external suppliers
