Experteer Overview In this role you drive high-impact leadership hiring across regional markets to support Glovo’s growth as a fast-paced tech-enabled marketplace. You partner with hiring managers, leverage market insights, and optimize recruitment processes to attract top executives and senior leaders. You’ll shape talent strategies, coach stakeholders, and use data to prove impact, all while advancing Glovo’s inclusive culture and diverse talent goals. - Manage end-to-end recruiting including research, sourcing, candidate assessment u0026 management, offer recommendation, negotiation u0026 acceptance
- Develop deep understanding of one talent market (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa) to source top candidates
- Tailor sourcing strategies for each region using local networks and resources
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and regional legal requirements
- Coach hiring managers on recruiting topics such as time to fill, market mapping, and candidate engagement
- Improve existing programs and develop innovative strategies to find top talent
- Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
- Support employer branding through events and outreach
- Maintain candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities for fitResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience recruiting leadership profiles / executive search in fast-paced environments
- Proven collaboration with hiring managers and leaders to influence strategic hiring decisions
- Experience with roles across multiple levels at an international scale
- Strong market research and talent insights with varied sourcing skills
- Solid understanding of Glovo's vision, business model, and operations
- Excellent networking skills and ability to form recruiting partnerships
- Metrics-driven mindset with data-backed recruiting strategy while preserving candidate experience
