Experteer Overview In this role you lead the PMC Construction teams to safely deliver large-scale FEED/EPC projects in oil u0026amp; gas, coordinating with EPC and Owner teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality handover. You shape constructability from FEED through commissioning and ensure adherence to HSSE and Owner standards. You’ll work in a cross-functional environment to resolve issues, optimize resources, and uphold a culture of safety and collaboration. This is a high-impact position with ADNOC-facing, mega-project exposure and a clear path to visible delivery outcomes.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Champion the Project Safety culture and engagement
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve construction issues across project phases
- Maintain an effective safety plan on-site from construction through start-up
- Coordinate with PMC home office disciplines as required
- Foster cooperation between PMC, Contractor, and Owner construction personnel
- Agree with Owner on procedures for closing out EPC contractor site activities
- Coordinate site visits/inspections with Licensors
- Review contractor procedures, work methods, and fabrication drawings
- Review contractor manpower plans and schedules; provide constructability input to model reviews
- Monitor resource allocation to meet construction program and propose corrective actions




- Oversee equipment/material delivery, handling, storage, and installation
- Review/approve Permit to Work and coordinate with Owner operations
- Monitor contractor work quality and schedule compliance
- Ensure contractor drawings/specifications conformity and supervise inspections
- Coordinate corrective actions and recommendations for EPC contractor work
- Verify compliance with EPC contract and safety regulations; ensure workmanship quality
- Monitor progress against project schedule and report delays with corrective actions
- Approve Mechanical Completion and Ready for Commissioning certificates
- Oversee compilation of work packs and close-out dossiers
- Evaluate EPC contractor construction site claims and contract change orders
- Approve progress reports for payments
- Ensure marked-up as-built drawings and handover dossiers are completeResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 15+ years in FEED/EPC execution in Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical
- at least 5 years in a similar mega-project role (u003eUS$1B)
- ADNOC project experience required
- FEED/EPC experience required
- Offshore and brownfield/offshore experience required
