Experteer Overview In this Barcelona-based role you will underwrite Financial Lines for the Eastern Europe region, shaping the regional portfolio through data-driven analysis, pricing, and terms negotiation with brokers and insureds. You will report to the Financial Lines Manager and help build profitable broker-insured relationships while ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines. You will represent Tokio Marine HCC to external parties and pursue new business opportunities in a collaborative, international setting. This position offers scope to influence risk selection, pricing strategy, and portfolio growth.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Cultivate and maintain broker relationships
- Analyze financial, regional, and industry data for assigned accounts
- Negotiate with brokers on terms




- Follow underwriting guidelines and submit pricing/negotiation recommendations or decide
- Represent TMHCC to brokers, clients and external parties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and grow the book of business
- Coordinate/participate in special projects
- Attend off-site conferences, trade shows, seminars and meetingsResponsabilidades
- 2 years of experience in a similar position with financial or legal background
- BA or MA in Business Administration, Law, Economics or similar
- Fluent in Polish and English (high level)
