Experteer Overview In this role you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, shaping a positive people experience in a high-growth Ops team. You will support HR processes, documentation, and data management to keep our workforce informed and compliant. You’ll collaborate with the labor team on performance processes and drive improvements across People operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced startup culture with a strong focus on diversity and employee wellbeing.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on People policies and processes
- Provide employees with relevant, engaging experiences
- Monitor absenteeism KPIs, sick leaves, and accidents
- Manage HR documentation for current and new hires (contracts, legal docs, personal data)
- Maintain population data in People systems
- Collect and update day-to-day employee information (sick leaves, holidays,
bank details, hours changes, salaries)
- Support the labor team in performance processes
- Lead new projects to continuously improve the departmentResponsabilidades
- 3-4 years of experience in HR
- Degree in HR, Labor Law, Law, or Business or similar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup and interact with all management levels
- Analytics skills (Google Sheets, mid-Advanced)
- Thrive in ambiguity, organized, proactive, and creative
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
