Experteer Overview In this role you lead Loss Prevention engineering for the Assiut Hydrocracking Complex, guiding technical reviews, standards, and safety integration across engineering, fabrication, and commissioning. You will ensure HSSEQ targets, deliver a safe plant handover, and optimize design within budget and schedule. You’ll collaborate with Owner teams, Contractors and licensors to uphold quality and compliance. - Drive HSSEQ goals and safe project delivery through leadership and active involvement
- Coordinate Loss Prevention engineering activities to meet technical objectives within scope, budget, and schedule
- Supervise technical reviews of Loss Prevention deliverables from Contractor and licensors
- Interface with Technical Departments, Operations and Maintenance to resolve issues and ensure quality execution
- Provide Loss Prevention expertise across all project phases: engineering, fabrication,



installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning
- Develop and implement systems and standards for Loss Prevention aligned with codes, standards and Owner policies
- Champion project safety culture and engagement
- Review and approve Contractor Loss Prevention work for contractual and technical compliance
- Deliver PMC Loss Prevention performance data and reporting to management and Owner
- Support development of specifications and conduct design validation calculations
- Participate in risk studies, safety reviews (HAZID/HAZOP/PHASER), QRA, and safety audits
- Assist in bid evaluation and pre-qualification for Loss Prevention discipline
- Coordinate with other discipline engineers and provide technical guidanceResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant Oil u0026 Gas or Petrochemical experience
- 5+ years in a similar role on mega projects
- ADNOC project experience
- Offshore project experience
- FEED u0026 EPC phase experience
