As part of our Supply Chain People Team, you will work side by side with HR Business Partners supporting distribution centers and logistics operations across Spain. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both strategic and operational Human Resources, participating in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, workforce analytics, and business transformation projects. If you're looking for an internship where you can learn how HR directly impacts business performance and employee experience, we'd love to meet you.What You Will Do- Support Talent Management processes including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Development Plans and Performance Management cycles.- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision making.- Collaborate in employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys and action planning activities.- Support organizational transformation and change management projects within Supply Chain Operations.- Contribute to internal communication and employee experience initiatives.- Participate in recruitment processes for operational and professional roles, including candidate screening and interview coordination.- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for leadership meetings and people reviews.- Collaborate on HR projects related to organizational design, workforce planning and process improvement.- Provide support in employee relations topics, helping to prepare documentation,
