Experteer Overview As International On-site Manager, you oversee the on-site installation of Poultry Solutions worldwide, ensuring work follows JBT Marel specifications and project plans to achieve customer satisfaction. You collaborate with the project team, customers and local sub-contractors to maintain project control and timely reporting. Your focus is on safety, clear communication, and alignment with the company’s mission to transform food production sustainably and affordably. - Lead extensive in-house planning with the project team
- Supervise on-site installations at customer sites worldwide
- Maintain sole ownership of project planning and scheduling
- Coordinate with the project team, customers, and local sub-contractors
- Manage customer expectations throughout the project




- Communicate project plans, technical instructions, and feedback clearly to JBT Marel
- Ensure timely reporting in line with company policies
- Report safety concerns and incidents to management during the projectResponsabilidades
- Proven experience supervising on-site installations with strong technical know-how
- Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee work based on project demands
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and incident reporting per policies
- Excellent verbal and written English
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline environment is advantageous
