- Deliver actionable insights to inform commercial decisions and performance

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Commercial Analyst
- Strong commercial understanding supporting Sales, Marketing, Service or Operations
- Experience with CRM, ERP and operational datasets
- Forecasting and business planning capability incl. pipeline management
- Experience creating dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience automating reporting processes
- International business experience across multiple countries or regions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
