Experteer Overview In this role you will steer the enterprise AI platform, shaping architecture and governance to industrialize AI capabilities across a global organization. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable ML/LLM solutions, ensure security and data integrity, and set MLOps/LLMOps standards. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role at a stable, integral industry leader where AI drives product and process improvements. - Define the technical roadmap for the enterprise AI platform (Azure ML, Databricks) and design scalable frameworks for LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics
- Ensure robust integration of AI solutions within the global IT landscape, security, and data infrastructure
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, fostering technical excellence




- Establish enterprise MLOps/LLMOps standards, ensure ethical AI/data privacy compliance, and coordinate resource allocation for global projectsResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in IT/Engineering with proven leadership in AI, ML, or data-driven platforms
- Strong expertise in enterprise AI environments (Azure ML, Azure Databricks) and production MLOps/LLMOps
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, data platforms, networking, and security integration
- Experience managing technical teams and navigating matrixed, multinational organizations
