Experteer Overview In this role you will develop, maintain and evolve embedded firmware for dormakaba’s Automatic Access Solutions. You will help migrate products to a Zephyr-based ECPLA platform and ensure reliable, secure firmware across the portfolio. You’ll collaborate with local and European teams to support a global range of access control systems. - Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C for Automatic Access Solutions hardware
- Migrate existing products to the Zephyr-based ECPLA platform
- Learn and apply Zephyr build/configuration models (devicetree, Kconfig, West)
- Design and expose shared platform services via clear APIs
- Write unit tests and support integration/HIL testing




- Bring up and debug hardware–software integrationResponsabilidades
- 3–5 years of embedded firmware development on ARM Cortex-M
- Experience with at least one RTOS
- Embedded debugging skills (SWD/JTAG, logic analyser, oscilloscope) and reading schematics/datasheets
- Git proficiency and embedded build/toolchain workflows
