Experteer Overview As Vice President, you will lead and transform Wolters Kluwer’s global cyber exposure management and security engineering functions. You’ll shape the long-term security architecture, drive multi-year modernization across on-premises and cloud environments, and guide AI-enabled security initiatives at scale. You will partner with IT, cloud, AI, and business leadership to reduce risk, standardize platforms, and embed secure-by-design across transformation programs. - Define and execute the integral strategy for Cyber Exposure Management / Cyber Engineering u0026 Architecture
- Lead multi-year cybersecurity modernization programs across global environments
- Establish scalable security engineering and architecture practices
- Advise executive leadership on emerging cyber threats and AI security implications
- Drive adoption of modern security operating models, automation, and platform standardization
- Lead enterprise-wide exposure management capabilities including vulnerability and attack surface management

- Oversee roadmaps for cloud, IAM, endpoint, network, AI, DevSecOps, and OT security
- Partner with AI and digital teams to enable secure AI adoption
- Provide leadership on AI security, governance, integration, and model protection
- Evaluate emerging technologies and innovative security capabilities
- Influence enterprise technology strategies to embed cybersecurity early in transformation initiatives
- Build partnerships across infrastructure, cloud, application, and business leadership
- Influence senior executives and stakeholders globally
- Lead globally distributed teams and develop leadership talent
- Present cybersecurity strategy and outcomes to executives and boardResponsabilidades
- 15+ years of cybersecurity leadership in large global enterprises
- Proven leadership in Cyber Engineering, Security Architecture, Exposure Management, or Cloud Security
- Experience leading large global teams
- Executive presence and technical credibility
- Experience driving enterprise-wide cybersecurity transformation
- Experience in developing and implementing scalable Customer Trust Programs
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- CISSP, CISM, AIGP, AAISM, or equivalent certifications
- Significant experience with cloud services and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
