Experteer Overview As Project Manager at Nextpower in Madrid, you will oversee EU projects, ensuring safety and top-tier service for customer accounts. You’ll lead cross-functional teams from procurement to commissioning, driving on-time delivery and strong customer satisfaction. You’ll provide technical support on PV tracking systems and advocate for customer needs within the company. This role blends safety leadership, project governance, and hands-on PV expertise to accelerate the energy transition.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Manage full customer accounts or project groups from PO to commissioning
- Oversee safety and WHS compliance on project sites
- Provide technical support and PV tracking system expertise to customers
- Coordinate procurement, tooling, logistics, and training for projects
- Oversee project Pu0026L, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and cost management
- Support field installation, quality control, and issue resolution (NCR/Construction Deviation Reports)




- Ensure on-time product delivery from design to delivery through cross-functional liaison
- Establish and report KPIs for customer care and performance
- Contribute to cross-functional product teams and customer feedback loops
- Advocate for customer voice within Nextpower
- Develop direct reports and manage their successResponsabilidades
- 2–5 years of PM experience in energy, construction, mining, or oil u0026 gas fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong project management skills and experience managing direct reports
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with supply chain, procurement, and logistics
- Experience in customer support and Ou0026M issues
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and passion for solar/renewable energy
