Experteer Overview In this role, you drive People Technology initiatives across the business, coordinating with People, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver technology projects and optimize system adoption. You will lead projects from planning to execution, manage releases, and support change management, training, and communications. You will help improve processes and user experiences for employees and managers while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an individual contributor role that values problem-solving, stakeholder management, and independent judgment to support Scopely’s people-focused technology roadmap.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead and coordinate People Technology projects from planning to execution, aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Create and maintain project plans, documentation, communications, and status updates for multiple initiatives
- Synchronize cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Oversee bi-annual system releases, evaluate new functionality, and present impact assessments to business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and better employee/manager experiences
- Support organizational change management activities including communications, training, and adoption strategies
- Coordinate and execute communications and training efforts (leadership forums, newsletters, knowledge articles, guides, training materials)
- Partner with People, Finance, and Workday teams to develop sponsorship, communications, and training plans, plus resistance management
- Measure effectiveness of communications and training,



identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Organize meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through across workstreams
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation planning
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation and knowledge resources
- Work independently on moderately complex initiatives with sound judgment
- Build strong cross-team relationships and contribute to Scopely’s collaborative cultureResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years in project management, change management, People Technology, HR operations, or related roles
- Experience supporting or coordinating technology implementations or change initiatives
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication with attention to detail
- Experience creating internal communications, training materials, and enablement resources
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all organization levels
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional and global teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PM tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Understanding of People practices and confidentiality requirements for employee information
- High professionalism, accountability, and customer-service orientation
