organisation and stakeholder management.You will be responsible for manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will partner with employees and managers on HR-related matters, support performance and talent development initiatives, and contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and employer branding activities. You will also ensure compliance with Spanish labour legislation, drive continuous improvements in HR processes, and collaborate with international HR teams to deliver best people practices.What if the project ends?We work on a wide variety of projects, technologies, and sectors, allowing you to keep growing in different environments.
