Experteer Overview As a senior data and GenAI-focused role in JLL’s Asset Management team, you will develop and operationalize GenAI-powered solutions and quantitative models to elevate AM services. You’ll build large-scale data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled offerings that align with client strategies and the SVA innovation framework. You’ll collaborate with real estate professionals and the global innovation team to deliver data-driven, AI-augmented outcomes across project stages. This is a growth-focused, cross-functional position based in Madrid, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, communication, and impact.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design, transform, and operationalize large datasets for advanced analytics and ML workloads across the AM platform
- Develop GenAI features and deployment architectures, including data ingestion and feature pipelines
- Leverage NLU and GenAI to enhance client experiences with automation and real-time data integration
- Build prototypes and PoCs of GenAI capabilities for strategic clients
- Identify and integrate internal/external real estate data sources and create complex data ingestion pipelines
- Deliver production-ready data flows enabling AI-powered applications and analytics




- Ideate AI-driven solutions to improve the platform, drive adoption of data-driven processes, and act as technical liaison between real estate professionals and the global innovation team
- Demonstrate value of GenAI and analytics in delivering superior client outcomes
- Collaborate with AM teams to analyze, visualize, and test client experiences through dashboards and big data tools
- Manage projects in autonomous, fast-changing environments and communicate with senior partners and clientsResponsabilidades
- 5-7 years of quantitative data analytics experience
- Experience in finance, BI consultancy, and/or real estate consultancy is highly relevant
- Proven experience with GenAI technologies and LLMs (e.G., GPT, Claude, Gemini) including AI agents, RAG systems, or production GenAI solutions
- SQL, Python (or similar), and Excel essential
- Pyspark and Databricks are a plus
- Experience turning business problems into dashboards and analytics for client-facing insights
- Solid project management and execution skills in fast-changing environments
