Experteer Overview In this role you will help partners evolve to meet personalized consumer expectations through operations-focused digital transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate emerging tech into tangible business value, from scoping and piloting to deployment. The position emphasizes scalable impact, risk-aware execution, and ongoing stakeholder engagement. You will shape transformation programs that align with strategic goals and sustainability.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects from scouting and tech-provider collaboration to defining use cases and launching rapid pilots (POCs)
- Design and track deployment metrics to measure success and ROI
- Scale initiatives beyond pilots, building adoption models and mitigating operational risks
- Manage a diverse group of stakeholders across shop-floor/MRO, Tech, Procurement, Legal, and Business units
- Proactively navigate ambiguous environments, unblock bottlenecks,



and maintain rigorous project follow-ups
- Secure executive sponsorship and communicate progress to sponsors, ensuring alignment with PdV2030 and long-term goalsResponsabilidades
- Engineering background (Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Robotics) or related technical field
- Strong interest in Automation, Robotics, Sustainability, or AI with ability to translate tech into business cases and ROI
- Experience delivering projects end-to-end from scouting to pilots and deployment
- Proven ability to scale initiatives and challenge status quo
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication
- Business acumen focused on efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability
