Experteer Overview As Senior MLOps Engineer, you will define and scale the reference MLOps stack for the Agentic Platform, enabling self-service AI capabilities across NN’s business units. You’ll standardize CI/CD, deployment topologies, and governance, ensuring audit-ready operations and cost-aware performance. You’ll work with Databricks MLflow, Mosaic, and Kubernetes/Seldon to deliver robust, scalable model and agent serving. This role blends platform engineering with governance, driving reliable SLO-based operations in a multi-cloud environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Own CI/CD standards and environment promotion for models/agents with pipelines, approvals, artifact provenance, immutable releases, and rollback/canary patterns
- Standardize serving topologies (Databricks serverless vs Kubernetes/Seldon) with clear decision records and guardrails
- Implement evaluation and monitoring for models/agents (offline/online) including drift/quality checks and end-to-end telemetry dashboards
- Integrate Unity Catalog lineage/policies into pipelines to support audits and marketplace readiness




- Operate the Agentic Platform to meet SLOs: incident response, capacity planning, cost optimization, post-mortems, and continuous improvement of golden paths
- Ensure governance-by-design with evidence capture and audit-ready run records in pipelinesResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in MLOps/SRE or platform engineering with production ML/AI workloads
- Deep experience with Databricks MLflow and enterprise CI/CD
- Design/operation of multi-env releases (dev/test/prod) with approvals, secrets, and identity
- IaC (Terraform/Crossplane) and cloud networking on Azure and/or AWS
- Hands-on with evaluation/monitoring for models/agents; familiarity with SLOs, incident response, and cost management
