Experteer Overview In this role you will lead engineering delivery, shaping how projects and products are developed and delivered for Thales Cybersecurity u0026amp; Digital Identity. You’ll implement tailored practices, grow delivery teams, and improve efficiency while safeguarding quality across bids and initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage risk, plan resources, and drive continuous improvement in a challenging security-focused environment. - Deploy tailored practices and tools for SEM and WPM to achieve delivery maturity
- Collaborate with discipline delivery teams to improve efficiency, identify gaps, and drive improvement actions
- Capitalize and share knowledge/assets for the delivery discipline
- Manage and develop people/skills; allocate resources to products/projects
- Oversee Delivery Lead Staffing (SEM, WPM, Tribe Leader, Chief Product Owner) per requests from PMs/PPMs
- Represent the CC in project reviews
- Review Engineering Deliverability for bids: strategy, schedule, maturity, risk, acceptance, certification, resourcing, E2 strategy, estimates, contingency




- Contribute to bids/products and project peer reviews to reduce risks and boost delivery confidence
- Assist Eng Manager with other delivery-related activities and information gatheringResponsabilidades
- Master in Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles such as Engineering Manager, IT/Technical Project Manager, or Software Engineering Manager
- English and Spanish with high proficiency
- Desire to lead a technical team in a challenging environment
- Strong customer relationship skills and collaborative leadership
- Commitment to continuous improvement and persuasive communication
- French language is a plus
- Ability to verify technical deliverables (needs, requirements, architecture choices)
- Ability to lead and manage technical projects with clear risk/opportunity guidance
