Experteer Overview In this role, you will help design, develop, and maintain backend solutions that enable data integration and enterprise processes within the Corporate Data Management team. You’ll contribute to master data management and integrations across critical systems, delivering scalable software aligned with architectural guidelines. You’ll work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of data management and application development, with a focus on impacting enterprise data flows and data quality.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design and maintain backend applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
- Develop and support integrations between corporate systems, legacy apps, and data platforms
- Contribute to Master Data Management (MDM 2.0) initiatives and related projects
- Deliver high-quality software within timelines, standards, and best practices
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot defects, and drive resolutions
- Write, maintain, and execute unit and integration tests
- Conduct code reviews and improve code quality
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architecture




- Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards

- 5+ years of hands-on back-end development with .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#
- Strong understanding of software development principles, architecture, and integration patterns
- Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP services
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design
- Experience writing Unit and Integration Tests
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in Agile teams and international environments
