Experteer Overview In this role you help Gartner's Conferences teams deliver seamless technology experiences for global events. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to translate goals into executable platform plans, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, influence feature directions, and drive continuous improvements in product and event technology. - Support the use of Conferences technologies to solve critical challenges and deliver experiences
- Engage onsite and remote attendees and Gartner associates to troubleshoot issues globally
- Configure platforms for global consistency and reliability
- Build trust-based relationships with senior leaders and manage stakeholder expectations
- Influence inbound feature requests through governance processes
- Communicate product roadmaps and milestones to stakeholders
- Prototype and iterate technology concepts with business partners
- Evaluate SaaS solutions against business requirements and plan technology evolution
- Create, update,



and maintain documentation for processes and feature releases
- Write high-quality user stories with Product Owners
- Assess performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Organize and drive complex projects and keep initiatives on schedule
- Conduct QA testing and contribute to UA testing for high-quality product developmentResponsabilidades
- Fluent in English
- 5-7 years of business analysis and project management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven storytelling
