Experteer Overview As Top Chef Customer Success Manager, you will steward a portfolio of Michelin-starred and premium Spain-based restaurants, driving value from TheFork ecosystem and delivering an outstanding client experience. You act as a trusted adviser, solving complex hospitality needs and coordinating cross-functional teams to support growth. You’ll lead strategic reviews, reduce churn, and influence product and commercial initiatives. - Manage a portfolio of Michelin-starred and premium restaurants in Spain
- Build trusted relationships with owners, managers and decision makers
- Drive adoption of TheFork products to maximize customer success
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and revenue
- Reduce churn by proactively identifying risks and delivering tailored action plans
- Be the main contact for operational, commercial and product topics
- Coordinate with Product, Support, Operations and Sales to resolve complex issues
- Analyze customer performance and recommend strategies to improve bookings,



revenue and visibility
- Lead regular business reviews with strategic customers
- Share customer insights to influence product and commercial initiatives
- Ensure exceptional customer experience with high operational excellenceResponsabilidades
- C2 level of Spanish and fluent English
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Key Account Management with enterprise experience
- Commercial mindset focused on growth opportunities, plus strong analytical skills and data fluency
- Collaborative team player
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high ownership and accountability, plus excellent organizational skills
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder-influence skills
- Confidence to navigate challenging conversations
- Valid driver's license
