Experteer Overview In this role you provide technical support to Smiths employees on personal computing and related software, ensuring quick resolution and high satisfaction. You’ll handle incidents across BIS services, collaborate with vendors, and support Windows devices and mobile devices. You’ll contribute to implementing new technologies and BIS initiatives while maintaining service levels. This position offers cross-site collaboration and travel to support Smiths locations, with a focus on dependable, user‑centered IT support.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide on-site and desk-side IT support with professional, detail-oriented service
- Provision and manage personal computing devices per BIS standards
- Support Windows OS (10/11), laptops/desktops/workstations, and mobile device support
- Deliver 2nd/3rd line remote support to Smiths employees
- Log, triage, and resolve incidents within BIS SLTs and service desk system
- Monitor incident resolution to meet SLAs and report trends to General Service Desk Manager




- Assist in deploying new technologies and BIS initiatives
- Support manufacturing environments with hand scanners and label printers
- Collaborate with Client Services Supervisors, regions, and BIS projects
- Create and maintain policy documents and training plans
- Travel to other Smiths sites as requiredResponsabilidades
- Customer service oriented IT support experience
- Experience with hardware, software, OS, networking, remote connectivity, workstation management
- Experience with Windows 10, LAN/WAN, Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Azure, Outlook)
- Ability to learn quickly and follow written/oral instructions
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of ITIL service delivery processes
- Bilingual Spanish/English
